Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Druzy Grotto! Every order is carefully packed to help ensure your treasures arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During live sales, new product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly stated at checkout.

Packaging

Every crystal is individually wrapped and securely packaged with care to help protect it during transit. While we take every precaution, shipping carriers occasionally mishandle packages, and damage can occur.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thedruzygrotto@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Photos of the shipping label

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your tracking indicates a delay, we recommend allowing a few additional business days before contacting the carrier. If your package appears lost, please reach out to us and we'll gladly help you work with the shipping carrier to locate it.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

The Druzy Grotto is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
